This was a cake that I made for my 7 year old twin nieces' birthday party. The party was at a bowling alley here in town and the party was bowling themed. Pink and purple are their favorite colors, so I tried to incorporate that into the cake as well.

The cake was devil's food cake with vanilla icing. The bowling pins and bowling balls were made using marshmallow fondant.
